Kevin Harvick Visits the Jabbawockeez

NASCAR Sprint Cup Series driver Kevin Harvick enjoyed the Jabbawockeez‘ MÜS.I.C. show at Monte Carlo in Las Vegas.

Before the show, Kevin joined the famed dancers backstage for a behind the scenes look and tweeted photos of himself and the crew (see above).

Described as an audio-visual story of inspiration brought to life through the harmonization of sound and movement, “MÜS.I.C.” has been well-received by critics and recently celebrated one year in residence.

Vegas JabbawockeezIf you’ve never seen a Jabbawockeez show, you are in for a treat. The Jabbawockeez, who recently celebrated their one-year anniversary at the Monte Carlo, wear expressionless white masks and gloves to guide you through the music and give a great visual interpretation of it through some fantastic dance moves and a variety of other aural intricacies. Their latest show, MUS.I.C., employs acrobatic dance moves as well as a storyline or backing story for their music, making the audience feel as if they are a part of the action. When is The Monte Carlo Opening?

The Monte Carlo will re-open Friday February 15th 2008 in phases. Starting with 1,200 hotel rooms and another approximately 1,500 the week after. The top floors will remain closed for a while longer.
Lance Burton will also re-open on Friday the 15th.

We are glad to see the Monte Carlo open up so quickly after a fire. It could have been a lot worse but Las Vegas has a great fire department and the Monte Carlo had great fire suppression.

It also has to be noted that the Monte Carlo is just not opening up the whole hotel at once but doing a soft opening which will help everyone ease back in to feeling comfortable and validated.
